Nissan LF Auto Centar
Challenge: Price queries were landing on PDFs and brochure pages.
Serbian buyers search for prices — nissan srbija cenovnik, novi nissan x trail cena, nissan juke novi cena. The site had the answers, but in 2.5 MB PDF downloads and model pages written like brochures: no price table, no stock, no FAQ, no phone number.
Google was sending the traffic to a blog post instead, at position 5–6, with a click-through rate under 1%.
Approach: Build the page the query deserves, then keep it current automatically.
One price hub at /cenovnik/ with every model's price table, drawn from a single pricing file. Model pages rebuilt with price, stock, FAQ schema and reviews. One page per car in stock, generated from the dealer's own offer PDFs. Crawlable model links in the navigation, real 404s, a clean sitemap.
Around it, the systems: a Google-reviews watcher that drafts on-brand replies for one-tap approval in Telegram, a news publisher that proposes blog posts twice a week, a chat agent on the site, and a stock system the owner updates himself.
What we built
- Dealer website — React, Netlify, Decap CMS the owner edits himself
- Price hub and model pages generated from one pricing file
- Stock system — one page per car, specs extracted from the offer PDFs
- Google-reviews watcher with AI-drafted replies, approved in Telegram
- Blog publisher proposing Nissan news twice weekly, and a chat agent answering from the dealer's own content
Results: Every price query moved into the top three.
In the 28 days after the rebuild, organic clicks rose 32% and impressions 24%, with the new price hub alone taking 112 clicks at a 6.6% click-through rate — twice the target we set. The queries we built for moved from positions 4–5 to 1.6–2.9.

What we're watching
Generic service queries (nissan servis) slid from position 10 to 22 in August while the price work took off. We're re-checking at the end of September before touching the service page again — a result you can't explain isn't a result yet.
